The Boat.

At RFadventures we pride ourselves on providing quality equipment which is an important part of creating an unforgettable fishing experience. We fish out of a CCG (Transport Canada) approved 24’ Skagit Orca. This boat was built to handle the west coast conditions and is a safe, stable platform to fish out of all day long. The comfortable enclosed cabin is great for up to four guest plus your guide. The cabin is heated along with on-board washroom facilities to make those long days on the water more enjoyable. The boat is outfitted with top of the line electronics, a stereo system to keep your favorite music playing and all required safety equipment. You can even crawl in the bow of the boat and go for an afternoon nap!

The Gear.

At RFadventures it is important to us that all fishable moments are spent fishing rather than fumbling through gear. To ensure this happens we use only top of the line equipment including rods, reels and right down to the line that ultimately connects you to that big, strong salmon or halibut!

Fish Tales.

  • “Our guided fishing adventure with Warren on the “Reel Freedom” was a dream trip. It was my first time halibut fishing and I was fortunate enough to catch several beautiful Halibut. Over the years I have fished with many experienced guides, but Warren stands out – he is the utmost professional and boatsman. We always felt safe, well looked after and the boat was very clean and expertly maintained. The fishing was fantastic!! We came home with lots of fresh salmon, and halibut along with other species. We have already booked our trip for next season and can’t wait to get back on the water! “
